What are you basing it off of? Is it perception or actual on the field performance?

My reasoning for Miami...

5 National Championships (4 AP, 1 BCS)
Florida has 3 (1 AP, 2 BCS)

9 Conference titles (Only member of a conference since '91)
Florida has 8 and have been SEC members since '32.

Miami is tied (USC '03-'05) for the sixth longest winning streak with 34 straight wins from '00-'02.

I think Ohio State is knocking on the door for Top 10 in hoops. Personally I think Arizona is shaky...with Cuse/UConn and Ville looking over their shoulders.

UCLA is strange: great in the 60s to early 80s and then they pull three F4s outta their butt in the last decade. Fan support sucks and in reality they are not in the Top 10 in a few key perimeters (TV exposure, Fan Attendance, consistency).

For what its worth, all of Florida's are since 1991.

FSU over LSU. LSU has only been a household name in the last 10 years. FSU has been good for over 20 years.

bball: Swap Michigan State for Arizona
fball: Swap Florida for Miami, definitely. Miami is a shell of its former self.

Also, it's hard to do that list without Penn State. The weakest link is probably Oklahoma, Nebraska, or LSU, but I'd vote to make it a list of 11 instead.
