You are very kind, your husband, children, and family should feel proud to have you.

Cheers

Not allowed in schools.

You obviously don't go into schools in Memphis.

Wow. I coached the girls of that whole class from middle school. Wonder if I ever saw him play. What a horrible waste.

I knew who he was but my kids absolutely knew him. I know his little sister who is graduating with my middle child. My oldest graduated with him. Still I will go to the funeral. He is a part of my children's high school and parents will go regardless as a show of support and love.

A student at U of M named Aaron Vasquez lost his life today. He was taking the trash out at his work this morning and saw someone breaking into his car. It is believed he ran over to stop whomever and the man shot him. It was going to be his last day of work at this place. He was 20 years old. Please pray for him and his family today.

I am sorry our boys lost their game today but they will live to fight another day. Aaron will not. He is a graduate of St. Benedict @ Auburndale.

News is saying that he was stabbed when he went to take the trash out.

police responded to a shooting call. when they got there, they found he was stabbed to death

Honestly I'm happy. I think it is a little unrealistic to never have a tournament win and go all the way the next year. Pastner is building the program brick by brick and it's taking a little longer than some want and that's ok. We live in a society that wants instant gratification. I think everyone will be happy once the program has officially been built the way Pastner likes.

Both my nieces go or went there, and pretty sure they know him. Saw this on my SIL's Facebook earlier.

You coached there Bill? Now I'm wondering if you know my brother.

Let's not act like Christians have a monopoly on kindness or pacifisim.

Prayers to this young man and his family, what a terrible tragedy.

1991-92. 4th year at U. Mass. Went 30-5 and made it to the Sweet 16. 2nd NCAA appearance ever and 1st since 1962. Cal was 32 years old that season.

Was Tony Barbee on that team? From what I remember it was a short yet tough hard working team.

Bill...You say you coached the Girls at SBA? My niece played for them, Paige Williams, and I think my brother was an assistant, Don Williams. Do you know them?
