I am a big fan of Memphis, but I fear that they may embarrass themselves and the conference next season. Can any Memphis fans chime in and put my concerns to rest?

Most likely we will struggle to win a conference game in any sport next year. I really have no idea why we were added.

0-18 in conference probably.

I'm certain we'll represent ourselves at least as well as Pitt, who had a nice season in the Big East and then promptly got donkey stomped by a mid-major.

I see what you did there miko. Just for your trolling info, I'm a Tiger football first fan, but also love my Tiger basketball team. You know the one that's STILL playing. From what I've seen of Pitt football, just like Pitt basketball, the Tigers would have nothing to fear. Try not to be an embarrassment to the ACC.

I don't know why you are so upset. All I wanted to do was to start a discussion about transitioning into the Aresco 12 conference. I wish you guys wouldn't be so aggressive with other posters.

Memphis will be fine in basketball. They are already winning against the other newcomers in the conference because they were also in Conference USA.
