Those were different types of threads that speculated on the merits of each school. This one was started based upon a rumor I heard, but cannot verify since I don't have sources that are intimate with those conferences. My sources only deal with the power 5 schools.

As you are well aware, things can change. FSU and Clemson were almost members of the Big12 until the deal got nixed during the 11th hour.
