So, I watching this crap on ESPN and I swear to God, I think we would be on the flipping bubble if we had lost to S. Miss yesterday. These jackholes all still think like Billy Packer. Have they not seen multiple non-Big 6 teams play well in the tournament?!?

I mean these are freaking COACHES who don't give Gonzaga any credit at all. Parity in college basketball is at an all time high.

But ugh. Now it just makes it worse. We have to actually face the complete screw job we are no doubt going to get.

the good news is, after today, either Jerry Palm or the RPI will be irrelevant.

I see sites - real ones not junk - saying we will get an 11.

WE HAVE A 12 RPI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That one coach was really ripping on the Zags. At least he was comparing them to New Mexico (who has had a great year from a non-"big 6" conference) for the most part, but I could tell he was trying to put either Indiana or Miami on the 1 line over the Zags.

I am afraid they will put Gonzaga at the 2 line and give us the 7 seed in the same region ( West). Then put Kentucky as the play in at the 12 in the West.

The worst seed we have on the bracket matrix (out of about 90 brackets) is a #10. Most have us around a 6 or 7.

I could see them do that to Gonzaga and the Tigers, but don't worry about Kentucky. No way in hell they get in.

Whatever seed the Tigers get, please dear Lord, keep Wisconsin far, far away from us.

37-37 game between Wisconsin and Ohio State in the Big Ten title game with 8 minutes left in the game. 37 freaking points with 8 minutes left. How can those people up there stand that type of basketball?

Add to that Wisconsin as the 3 in the West. :)

I have a feeling we will be pleasantly surprised this year. I think we get a 5 or 6 seed.

The Big Ten is always the very last tournament title game played. They really ought to start that game about 30 minutes sooner than they do, because there have been times in the past where it has gone into OT and didn't end in time for the Selection Show.

so i'll ask again my question from last week - if kentucky wins the NIT will xcoach claim a national championship like he did in 2002?

I've always thought this was totally obnoxious. It's like they think they're so great that they should make the selection committee wait around for them. I believe the ACC used to do this, too.
