Could geron shut down Marshall Henderson?

Yes! Absolutely! No doubt about that!

When Henderson is on, I dont know if anyone can stop him. He hits the most ridiculous shots. Guarded, off-balance, falling down, kind of shots go in for him when he is in that mode.

Yes. Henderson would still score 12-15 but he would take 20+ shots to get it.

Geron is a way better athlete than Henderson. Also, Geron wouldn't take any of the BS Henderson does.

Henderson takes so many dumb shots, by the way.

Would be fun to watch...

Ole miss would have big problems matching up with Memphis not mention they'd try to run with us. Good luck with that.

Ole Miss has a great team...but MH and their team is too up and down imo. They did a great job to win the $EC tourney, and Henderson is a great competitor, but he lacks discipline. He should have gotten teed up for his antics yesterday.

Great? Dude... They lost to miss st. and south carolina. Maybe just maybe the SEC blows... And Florida is WAY over rated.

Geron would get it in Henderson's head. He's just a lock down defender that I haven't seen in awhile. He gets over aggressive sometimes, but he takes pride in shutting folks down. I see what he did to Davis last game and there is no doubt in my mind...nobody in the country his size or smaller would go off on him.

I mentioned they were too up and down...but when OM is on they are a great team and can beat anyone. I would love to have Buckner, Murphy Holloway and Newby on our squad. Those kids are all tough as nails. Conversely, I would be embarrassed to see Marshall Henderson in a Tiger uniform, the way he behaves.

And yes, the $EC is down this year, and lousy, but OM still has major firepower when they are on, even apart from Henderson, and AK can coach. I agree Florida is over rated, but I guess we are about to find out for sure.

Geron reminds me a lot of Antonio Anderson.

Yep. What helped with Antonio was he was 6'6. Haven't seen someone with Geron's size lock down people like he does. He is capable of shutting any guard down.

Don't come on here and try to say Ole Miss is great at anything.

marshall henderson is not that great of a player. he shoots 38% from the floor and 35% from 3. He just takes a buttload of shots. Many of them are bad shots

Do you know who on our team would average 20 points a game if they hoisted 15 shots/game

I did not see mispsisii game with Florida, but was that kid T'ed up for taunting when he was Gator chomping?

Kids get T's for staring a few seconds, and that lame a$ was jumping all over the court taunting the opponent?

He will score a lot because he will shoot a lot.

Depends on how tight the game is officiated. Geron is a physical defender.

He taunts after every made shot. And whines after every missed shot.

Believe me he will get at least one T in the Wisconsin game if he does all the crap he did in the SEC tournament. Question should be is he ready to play and will he pass a random drug test. You have to be a complete and total idiot to post as many pictures on line as he has posted showing him totally bombed out of his skull.

...and no...I would not like his antics if he were playing for us.
