The class of Pastner
Stopped by to acknowledge Tyndall and told John Cox, "Tyndall should have been coach of the year."

Total class.

Tyndall earned the praise. We're lucky to have Pastner.

Total class.

That's not the first time he's made that statement about Tyndall

I was OK with either coach being selected. Today, Donnie Tyndall proved he was justified in at least sharing the award with Josh.

I think that Josh is a first class guy. He's highly complimentary of the teams and competition in this conference whenever he has the opportunity. What he needs to do however, is add some details to his compliments, they come off as too general in just saying "good coach/good players." He means well.

Well, there are a few teams next year in the remnants of the BE that I would like to hear him snarl at, but that's just my negative side.

On the other hand...at the end of our games...Coach Pastner normally tells the players NOT to take the last shot.
I don't think he told AB not to shoot....

Shouldn't have to tell him, but doesn't matter now, the deed has been done. Good luck in the tournament, Memphis.

....he's young...keep paying him (and I know you guys will) and continue to build upon your legacy....IMHO, he is the right kind of coach for today's players

Concerned that our new gestapo AD may end up running him off. Came in with no knowledge of Memphis sports and decided that Pastner should be forced to play area SEC schools in basketball. Even though Pastner has publicly stated that playing schools such as Ole Miss and Tennessee do little to benefit the Tiger program and only helps them.

Same AD that does not want to renew Tigers USM football series so Tigers can play BOWLING GREEN

I can understand ECU not scheduling us in football due to in-state rivals and new conference, but you guys? There is room and we have the key....except for last year... 04-cheers

....would really like home and home with you guys
