It's really hard to beat a team 3 times in a season.

If Kentucky wins the nit will xcoach claim another "national championship" like he did in 2002?

Yes. When we won the third place NIT game one year he was talking about how we were only one of three teams to finish the postseason with a win.

Lots of bubble losses today. Still a 10% chance that USM gets in?

I have to think at least one of UK, Bama, Ole Mrs, Ut will get in. I'm just pessimistic like that.

I think they are OUT after today lackluster performance against Vanderbilt... They looked AWFUL... Not even the ESPN bubble heads could defend Cal and Kensucky..

Georgetown will be fine... Duke might lose their #1 seed, but they still might get it... Kansas doesn't have enough resume for a #1 seed..

Still not a Syracuse believer even after what they've done the last two days.

KY-Jelly will get a 1st round (play-in game) invite 'cause the mouth-breathers will pack Dayton spending millions from their EBT cards.

it has been priceless watching th meltdown on UK's msg boards.

When one fan pointed out that the tv announcer said UK SHOULD be in..
A more level headed fan responded with
"Apparently they are giving out free crack in Nashville tonight."

Never underestimate the power of name recognition. They probably don't deserve to be in, but I won't be shocked if they are. Sometimes the bigger schools get by on reputation alone.

As I said in another thread, I dunno which would be funnier for me....losing in NCAA first round...or playing in the NIT.
Overall I don't care...but I do enjoy watching their fan's discomfort.

I think UK is right on the cut line, helped by their rep. I hope they get in, and we play them.

Only way we play them is if we are a 5 seed. No way UK gets anything but a 12.
