Nashville and San Antonio make a ton of sense for CUSA cities. Biloxi is a great idea. Of the three, I think you get the best attendance out of Nashville. MTSU, WKU, and UAB are all relatively close and USM, Marshall, and Charlotte probably arent too far. Those are all schools that either have been recently or are good at basketball. (Glad most of them are in the east!)

With our eclectic mixture, a 3 or 4 town rotation makes the most sense. Nashville, Charlotte, El Paso, and Bilioxi gets my vote.

Bridgestone arena in Nashville would be ideal but it books up quick so better bid now and the sec tourney is already there so we would have to have our tourney earlier than normal.

Actually the ACC said TWC Arena was too small for them at 18k seats; and that while they may consider returning there in the future, they don't plan to have it on the rotation at this time.
With Greensboro Coliseum less than 90 miles from here, doubt they'll be back now that northeastern arenas are options for them too.

Such is the delicious irony. If we'd kept Charlotte and added schools like ODU in 2005, this would've been a much stronger league all along. I'm excited to see what C-USA looks like without us clogging the top, because it should in fact be a pretty fun league to keep up with.

Ironic when they have trouble filling up Greensboro and Atlanta the past couple years.

There's only 6 or 7 teams that even bring any fans to the tournament. Maybe Pitt and Cuse will increase the numbers but the ACC would be fine in TWC Arena.

SEC in Nashville
$ec has their men's tournament in Nashville 4 out of the next 7 years. The ovc has theirs in Nashville as well but it is done and over with every year before CUSA holds theirs so the dates would not conflict.
You've got great places to eat and hotels to stay at in walking distance. Good entertainment as well. You don't have to get in a car to go anywhere, unless you just want to.
Plenty of experience holding tournaments in Nashville. They do it right.
