Are all of Bacari Alexander's tweets about WMU back in December "disgusting" as well?

Bavaria tweets were in advance of a matchup against us.

Kools tweets are about an irrelevant team in regards to our matchup Saturday and the MAC Tourney.

At first I was disgusted...now I try to be amused....

I don't care what other team's coaches tweet. Alls I know is that DK shouldn't we tweeting about other basketball teams in the state. Maybe he's posturing for a new gig.

I hate Michigan as much as anybody around but "absolutely horrific"? I hope that's purposely hyperbole?

My thought exactly.

In 2 years when mediocraty really sets in when the the current freshman class continues to get bounced early in the tournament things will begin to turn ugly.

You should probably stop following coaches on Twitter now because I can assure you David Kool is not the only coach on Twitter tweeting about other (in-state or out-of-state) schools and players.

It was horrific for me to see Kool tweet that. Seriously. I just don't get the mindset of acknowledging an in-state rival (using the term loosely), especially one that absolutely destroyed you earlier in the season.

I get that athletes and coaches are buddies and they've grown up/worked/played together over the years, but you're trying to build the WMU program, not feed to your twitter followers and team that u.m. is this unbelievable basketball program led by this amazing player.

I'd rather Kool be spending his evenings thinking of ways to try to avoid Swoon V or VI, not verbally fellating trey burke.

You are 100% correct. I was at the same tailgate as him for the michigan/wmu football game in 2011. Someone asked him why he was not wearing a bronco shirt and he replied "You know i dont wear that stuff. I've got a closet full of (bronco gear) that you can have." Right then I kind of realized he would be rooting for Michigan that day.

No big deal. He is still our all time leading scorer and I think he will become a fantastic coach. Hope he sticks around.

Ah no....this is an outright lie.

After reading this thread, I really don't care if DK sticks around. Why do we want someone on our coaching staff that publicly states he will not wear his Bronco gear? Or when we are on the brink of entering the MAC tournament, with the team in a downward spiral, a coach is tweeting about another teams performance (totally unrelated to our situation).

Don't want to be "Harboughed" again.

Sorry all, but I have too much pride in my university to want to put up with this kind of attitude from anyone in the athletic department.

But then again, this is just a web board so who knows how true anything is?
