2013 Football Schedule
I don't see much happening here, but I'll post our "exciting" football schedule on this board anyway...

RE: 2013 Football Schedule
Q: how many of those games are within driving distance of U of L campus? Is this a "bus league" schedule?
(there isn't much else positive to write about it, for sure)

VT also has a play toy - it's called the University of Virginia.
(Football: 9 in a row, 13 out of 14)

I don't envy your schedule, that's for sure. It'll be hard for the players to remain focused, but I think I speak for most everyone on this board when I say we hope you go undefeated this Fall... and beat another SEC (or B1G or Big XII or Pac 12) team in the Sugar or Fiesta! (No Louisville vs. ACC bowl, please - we ALL need more street cred)

In order for this to happen again. We need for another small time school to break the top 12 in BCS ranking like UNI last season. I think it was UNI that played Florida ST. Any way we need a small school to play in the Orange Bowl, so Louisville isn't playing a ACC team in the OB. I also agree the Cards need to play a team from SEC or BIG 12-2. in a BSC bowl, Maybe Boise ST. will make it this year.

Not at all... that was LAST year, when the Orange Bowl had the last choice and was forced to select NIU... THIS year the Orange has FIRST choice and will probably choose either Notre Dame or an SEC or B1G team (or maybe a Big XII team). The complete selection order this year is:

January 2014 games: (1) Orange, (2) Sugar, (2) Fiesta

So worst-case scenario puts Louisville in the Fiesta, but most likely back to the Sugar (they won't take 2 SEC teams!)
