You might want to try posting on the thread about Compher on the NIU board, probably get more responses than you wanted.

I don't claim to know that much, I think he's been a good AD overall but I disagree with the football scheduling priorities.

Not an NIU fan, but my impression is that he did some good things for NIU, but struggled to schedule interesting home games for football and was unable to fix their basketball program.
