Lee, Barrasso, and Cruz have done most of the true heavy lifting during the filibuster. Rubio, Wyden and surprisingly Durbin have had legit but brief contributions. Everybody else I'm unimpressed.

Cruz has impressed me.

Btw, I disagree. Rand has done most of the heavy lifting. He will never be forgotten for it either. I could easily vote for him in 2016
