Durbin interrupting with an irrelevant hypothetical about 9/11. He must not have paid attention to the numerous times that numerous senators have said that of course the president can respond to actual threats. It's only been discussed roughly 14 times during this filibuster.

Rand ought to keep going until the White House or Holder gives an answer.

This is my first time hearing alleged Tea Partier Ron Johnson speak.

Awful. This is not somebody who I could get behind.

Scumbag Ron Johnson: Joins a filibuster on Obama's drone and assassination policies.

TALKS ABOUT HIMSELF.

Paul's voice starting to fade. He's implying strongly he's in this until at least the morning.

Senators that I can remember: Paul, Lee, Cruz, Moran, Chambliss, Toomey, Wyden, Barrasso, Cornyn, and Rubio (this of course does not include Reid and Durbin who have participated, but not in a good way).

*** ETA: Thune from South Dakota late to the party. And McConnell too - but I think he's actually confused by what's going on and not restating things to take up time. Johnson from Wisconsin waited until Thursday, but he showed up.

And Scott from South Carolina shows up on Thursday as well.

*** ETA: Heller from Nevada as well. Methinks they are just showing up for facetime now. I think I'll stop my count of actual participants with Barrasso (10 total).

Bahhhhhhh this is turning into a RINO parade of GOP undesirables wanting to piggy back and ingratiate themselves without doing much hard work or principled voting that matters.

Less RINOs. More liberty wing. Kthnx.

Durbin's getting pissed that he can't leave or the unanimous consent bill will pass.

Lee, Barrasso, and Cruz have done most of the true heavy lifting during the filibuster. Rubio, Wyden and surprisingly Durbin have had legit but brief contributions. Everybody else I'm unimpressed.

Btw, I disagree. Rand has done most of the heavy lifting. He will never be forgotten for it either. I could easily vote for him in 2016

I see a f'n drone over my house, let's just say it better take me out quick. Their operating altitude, at least what they say, is <400' MSE. A 7.62x51 or 54R can do some major damage to metal.
