Newell was hell bent to keep UALR out and I never understood that. But there is no question he had UALR on the cusp of something special.

Mo. St. Would be a great add. I don't think they would ever do it. They don't draw in football and the mvc is a mecca of mid major basketball.
Basketball would draw less and over all they would lose money, imo.

I think they are too smart to mess with DI football. They are in a great basketball league. Why rock the boat?
