3. Big East…151-34 (.816)…0.5798
4. ACC…114-37 (.755)…0.5679
5. Big XII…89-33 (.730)…0.5627
6. Pac 12…109-41 (.727)…0.5589

9. Missouri Valley…75-45 (.625)…0.5359
10. West Coast…71-45 (.612)…0.5280

Is there a single poster here that would have predicted that when the season started? Impressive (or impressively managed?) season by the western guys.

RE: Conference USA RPI Update (03-04-13)
CUSA really needs to do something about the east/west format. This is the 3rd year in a row since they went to divisons the east has dominated the west. This conference splits screws up seeding when half the teams don't have to play the same level of competition.

As well as he's done, Tyndall at USM rebuilt a team which was picked to finish in the bottom half. They're second and have an outside shot at the dance! He'll likely win. Pastner also has a shot if Memphis finishes undefeated in conference play.

Tyndall is a great coach.

Y'all players love the guy. He did a fantastic job in the one game I saw him coach against SMU.

Rpiforecast.com predicted that three weeks ago. They had projected that the MWC would overtake the Big Ten. But before the season started, no way.

Yes, because most preseason predictions had Tulsa finishing ahead of USM. USM was generally picked for 9th place.
