USM plays football in basketball uniforms. BTW, how many of your players actually came to your school rather than the ACC/BE/B10/B12/PAC10/SEC schools that they obviously couldn't qualify to get into?

Unless things have changed, C-USA allows partial qualifiers. USM has had a self-imposed ban on partial qualifiers for years. Most teams in the conference don't.

I am telling you right now you have JUCOs on your roster we cannot take. Ask your C-USA newcomer Charlotte about the NC system on JUCO players. You have to take legit classes to get into a state funded school in NC. That means multiple math classes.

You can call it whining, call it an excuse, call it what you want, but it doesn't make it not true. Same goes for football!

It is whining and an excuse. End of story.

We also have to deal with the Mississippi high school system with its poor college prep standards, high dropout, pregnancy, and STD rates, and mismanaged resources. Many Mississippi JUCO players are there because the high school system never gave them a chance in the first place. While the system has improved dramatically, the fact that we are still among the worst in the nation shows just how bad the system is. The transition from Mississippi high school standards of education to Mississippi JUCO standards of education is probably much harder to manage than it is in North Carolina.

Name them then and explain to us what classes they didn't take.

Sometimes things just fall into your lap. Considering all the JUCO excuse mouthing by ECU posters, this is priceless today....

It is just sickening seeing these ECU fans whine like this. All you can do is just shake you head and move on.

I cant remimber the girls name but i think she was one of the famous boltons.
A girl from perry central high signed with ncsu for basketball. Ended up at i think the north mississippi center for judicial bribery and bartending. She was one math credit short. Seems NC requires one more math than the ncaa core requires.
ONe of the problems we have with non qual. kids is Mississippi requires 2 less core corses than the ncaa core requires.

Now the part about jucos is a head scratcher. Your telling me if you cant get into a nc state univ as a freshman you cant attend at all?

actually, there's only a handful of folks that love getting into these pointless pissing matches...... on BOTH sides.
