I don't think so.
And, as far as I can tell, the Dems didn't pass a budget when they controlled Congress, and since they lost the House, Harry Reid has refused any votes on the House passed budget.
So, yep, this is on Obama and his minions.
Great point! You are saying that we are still spending what was authorized during the Bush/Republican years.

Actually, no. The last time the republicans controlled congress, they took over with the deficit running $400 billion a year and reduced it to $160 billion a year. You know that, I'm sure, but the truth is meaningless when you're trying to score political points.
