You gotta really appreciate the buy-in you seemingly hear in the voice of Tion Green. He sounds downright giddy/ pleased to be working closely with E. Gran. Can't wait to see the results on the field.

Watching the Gran video, I can see how the guys are bought into him already. They're excited about his experience and knowledge, and especially his success in improving players. If they focused like that we're going to have a great year.
