Why should I believe they will make ANY noise in the tournament?

Bunch of cupcakes.

Remember that team that beat you guys 102-46?

I think if we win both at home, split next week on the road and make the semis in the tourney we are probably in...

I don't. I'd hate to be a Tech fan if you lost any game in the conference tournament. There is nothing on that resume but a lot of wins, and taking a loss in the conference tourney with that SOS and RPI would not get Tech in based on the history of the Selection Committee. The A-10 and MWC are already going to eat up some at-larges, and there are just too many teams with so much more to offer than Tech. Win the tournament.

Pretty much this.

Although it would be fun to host an NIT game, my heart is set on the big dance.

Getting it on MASN 2 here in the mid-atlantic.

My first time watching Tech. I wasn't really buying in because of the weak schedule, but I have to admit I'm impressed. We would both match up against each other very well if we played this year. Would be a scary good game to watch.

Well, if we both get in and past the first round, a number of brackets have us as a potential 2nd round game. Here's hoping! 04-cheers

I'd rather see how far both our teams could go without having to play each other
