Ohio Offense?
What kind of offense is OU running? Pass around the three point line then launch a long three. Seems when they work the ball inside good things happen. Poor performance tonight. Defense will create a good offense.

This looks like an NIT team.

terrible senior leadership and coaching tonite. When Cooper forces things this team falls apart fast.

RE: Ohio Offense?
You mean the "Cooper gets double teamed and nobody else on the team wants to move and get open" offense?

I get that Akron fans don't like DJ, but come on. To suggest he's somehow a negative is laughable.

RE: Ohio Offense?
Cooper had a terrible nite along with his teammates. Cooper was completely outplayed on both offense than assists. That was one of his worst games at Ohio. Atleast that wasn't at the tournament in Cleveland. Glad we got that stinker out of the way. We would have lost to every team in the MAC last nite we were that bad on all phases. Christian should pissed off at how many times Ohio didn, 't get back on defense and gave up on plays. Johnson was only player that had any fire in belly. Baltic looked like he couldn't give a if he dribbled the ball off his leg or or if he threw a bad pass or his man burned for easy layup. Unfortunately Smith was just as worthless giving up rebounds and not finishing easy layups. Cooper, Offutt, Kellogg and Hall couldn't the ocean standing on the beach last nite with shots or passes. 10pm start and its clear it was past their bedtime.

He would have fit in well in that offense. Nobody has said or will say that Falcon men's basketball is anything but average at best. They are less than average this year.

Many on here have thought OU was going to pick up from where they left off last year. Clearly they have some work to do to get back to that level.

RE: Ohio Offense?
Some people thought that Ohio would be the team they were in the last two weeks of the season last year (MAC tourney and NCAA) but wanted to ignore the team they were for the 25+ games before that. The truth is that they were both teams and this year's team is not that much different from the team we saw all last season from Nov. to early March: it's a flawed team that can be very, very good at times, and other times is average. Mostly, they are in between the two extremes.
