Since the Idaho series was announced every schedule addition has been great.

EIU (if we have to play an FCS team an instate team is best)
Arkansas money game
Wyoming 1-1
Nebraska 2-SF

I am still hoping for a 2015 SF game vs UofI.

NW isn't playing NIU too much risk...

1. Recruits
2. Prowess
3. Rankings
4. Step Back for the program

Really? All I see is 2 home games.

http://www.fbschedules.com/ncaa-15/big-t...hedule.php

They have 1 home and 1 away OOC games open still.

We both have week 3 open.

If this SF game vs Washington fails in attendance then we are an easy option. Also the new AD was good with continuing the Cincinnati/Miami series so he may not have a problem with scheduling us in a neutral site game.

We go after very few of the same recruits.

A step back from playing a 1-1 vs Rice or a money game for Ball St, WMU, IL St, WIU or Maine?

Boise State gets a 1-1 with FSU. Pretty awesome for them. (forgot the link http://espn.go.com/college-football/stor...ame-series)

Also, I don't understand why there isn't more info on the scoreboard/ribbon boards/sound system.

HJ money games are fine and anyone can schedule those, those are easy. That is not what grows a fan base though you need a balance between money games and good home games. I dont think it has ever been more important than it is now, the schedules Compher has put together in my mind are a path straight to FCS. Our fanbase is shrinking by the day, I would have never dreamed a team as successful as NIU would have such little fan support but there is one reason for that. If you are truly happy with EIU, Idaho, and Wyoming, then you have fallen off the wagon and have lost site of the big picture. Its a trainwreck. Compher's quote last week will be his forever legacy to me at NIU when trying to defend the lack of a home schedule: "Its good we dont have back to back home games this year because we normally dont draw well the second game". My jaw is still hanging open on that comment.
