Well, if he is videotaping and the law says it is illegal, then he should be arrested. I did notice that the person taping never showed the TSA officers faces. Why not?

As for the pat down of the girl, it would be better if they didn't have to but just because they aren't Muslim doesn't mean they(the parents) can't be terrorists and the wheel chair is a good place to hide something. Which is probably why a number of these "pat downs" that you guys get outraged about are people in wheelchairs.

Its not illegal to record them doing the search. The TSA guy said that. The mother was recording but that doesn't change anything.

Robert, perhaps we need to have military checkpoints every 50 miles to stop drug runners, have a sentry outside of every school to stop a shooting, every car to have a Breathalyzer to stop people from driving drunk. I wonder if you're enjoying submitting to the police state that we're becoming.

If you're nervous about getting on a plane b/c of the 4th Amendment, then show me where you have a right to fly.

You want to be searched, feel free. But the Constitution prohibits that on everyone else.

Robert, it's obvious that you've never had a child and wouldn't understand that at that age they sometimes get scared when strangers invade their space. With comments like this, hopefully you'll never know how little ones are.

There is nothing unreasonable about being pat down and having your bags x-rayed before you get on a plane...you made the choice to fly...if you don't like it...don't fly.

If they wanted to perform a strip search they would need a warrant...if they have the evidence to get a warrant, sure.

A simply pat down to fly on an airplane is not unreasonable...I'd like to know the person sitting next me doesn't have a bomb in their underwear, shoes, or even their wheel chair.
