RE: Former recruit D'Von Isaac
Coach Duke's use of "basically" to repeatedly describe what was said by UAB coaches leads me to believe that may not be what was ACTUALLY said. It is HIS interpretation of what was said. It may be accurate or it may NOT be accurate. What did the UAB coaches ACTUALLY say? I find it hard to believe that the UAB coaches would first express tolerance of the visit and then when it was in progress, suddenly dictate absolute terms like "if he sets foot on the WKU campus, we will do such and such". Did Dukes have a similar role in the other switches?

This is the one that caught my eye the most.
Blake Rowlinson, WR, Alpharetta: Switched from Troy to Yale
Talk about an extreme switch - Troy to Yale! That's like going from a junior college to Stanford.

All I know is that WKU stole two recruits from UAB. I doubt Roy Williams would steal a recruit from our Basketball program...

You have to consider that this kid is now going to school without an athletic scholarship (you still get a scholarship at Stanford). I am sure he has academic help but still that is a major commitment from this kid and shows that academics really matter to some athletes. Good for him.
