Big East Hoop Attendance Rankings thru 2/18/13
Here's how Big East Schools rank in regards to home basketball attendance averages. (notes Big East Conf Game average)


Overall Average........Conf Game Average
1) Louisville: 21,326 (21,990)
2) Syracuse: 20,871 (24,086)
3) Marquette: 14,671 (15,313)
4) UCONN: 10,783 (12,350)
5) Georgetown: 10,114 (12,451)

I guess it is good to see how the A10 schools under consideration stack up as well.

If Gonzaga is serious about membership, they should be pitching playing 6+ games per year at the Spokane Arena, which has a 12,000+ capacity. This would put them more in line with the existing C7.

St. Bonnie, Duquesne, and Detroit - not in the conversation with these numbers.

Cuse average will shoot up this weekend...35,012 tickets sold for the Georgetown Game.
