Answer to your question without the agenda attached to it:

CBS and Fox each pay CUSA 7 million dollars per annum. CBS has tier one rights but limited content. Fox has tier two rights but airs more content. ESPN/ABC have the CUSA championship game rights due to a contract snafu. No one has exclusive tier three rights, but a Memphis poster posted that CUSA wanted 100,000 dollars from a local PBS station to air content in the Memphis area alone.

Grand total is 14 million dollars per annum. Originally, that was about 1.2 million dollars per team per annum. Now it is about 1 million dollars per team per annum.
