I really hate the NCAA and ESPN.....there is no way this is the truth...so self preserving...but most will believe since this is how it is being represented.

What a mess. Shaila can get on her high horse all she wants, This is a program that should have been clobbered. The NCAA really screwed this one up. That being said if they have the goods without the info received improperly, (that doesn't even mean the info found improperly wasn't true and bad) They should give UM what they would any other school with similar acts. Thus they should turn down the UCF appeal, and add 3 more schollie losses on to what they already did. That will send a strong message to UM not to do it again.

im just wondering if eventually sombody will take the ncaa to court to recover damages from an investigation now that the whole process has been thrown into question?

If the NCAA can't clobber Miam, then FIU and FAU better get ready to get clobbered.
