Then seemingly on the way to a loss against ECU, the never quit Eagles come back to get into OT and the win in OT.

The last 7 days have been a roller for Southern Miss and Hattiesburg, that is for sure.

Don't forget about the Softball team as they are 2-0 at home this weekend and leading in game 3

after last sunday, it is indeed inspiring. southern miss athletics seems to realize that hattiesburg and southern miss nation needs them right now.

Baseball gets a 3 run homer in 7th, basketball goes on an 11-2 run to force OT and then won, and now softball hits a 2 out walk-off grand slam for the win. 4-0 on the day and 6-0 on the weekend for USM

After the tornado and all the adversity it brought, it was indeed a great day yesterday for USM. Really proud of our athletes for their winning efforts yesterday.
