RE: Meteor injures 1000 in Russia
Wife and I fell asleep last night watching a show about meteors/asteroids hitting the earth. Once scenario they talked about is one breaking up once it hits the atmosphere just like this one did. I told her we need to start watching shows about people winning the lottery before bed. 03-phew

Dang it is up to 1000? I thought it was 500.

There is supposed to be a meteorite that passes within 17K miles of Earth today. We got satellites that are further from Earth than that - kinda freaky, but I hope we can see it pass.

Yea might not be exactly 1000 but estimated at closer to 1000 than 500. Pretty scary stuff either way

It will be on the other side of the planet when it passes.

If anything goes wrong, it will happen on the other side or our planet?

Good. I can't stand those people.
