I have been following the recruiting and PJ Fleck must be working 24/7 as he has garnered six "three star" recruits. Now I know everyone has their position on the rating services but when the best teams like Alabama, Michigan and Ohio State are loaded with "three star" recruits it must mean these ratings mean something. I wonder what the heck he is doing and saying?

Time will tell with PJ. I think he will eventually be successful, but he'll go through a lot of growing pains in the next 2-3 years.

PJ has always been a very well liked guy. He's got a great personality and is what I would call a "people person".

It will be interesting to see what kind of HC he will be.
