RE: CUSA Home Hoop Attendance Averages & Conf Game Ave for Feb 3, 2013
I think the UTEP fan base has a lot to be proud of. Look at our football history. It aint pretty. Look at our attendance. We don't have large corporations buying blocks of tickets either. Our actual attendance is pretty darn close to announced attendance.

That's because in El Paso we think, "we bought that ticket so by golly I'm gonna use it!"

Sort of makes up for football I guess.

Still out pulled you.
and you still went an entire season without winning a game. Even as ****** as weve been over the last few years, wew were able to pull out a win.

.... USM has some learning to do. Memphis has learned it. We had some above average years back in the DeAngelo days. However, recently we have not been good (although I think we are on a road to recovery...even if i am biased). However, Memphis fans don't talk **** about other football programs. USM, you were ranked as one of the worst teams in 2012 if not the worst, therefore don't talk **** about football until you are at least average again...

Original UTEP Number as stated by CUSA Official stats was wrong. Correction is above.

CUSA Website has also corrected UTEP's conf game average...which was noted previously in this thread by a UTEP fan (8,562)

And yet no sane person would trade the last 20 years of Southern Miss football for the past 20 years of Memphis football.
My point, and looks like it flew over your head, we all have things to pound our chest about as well as things we rather not talk about.

If go winless for the next 5 years and you go undefeated for the next five you will still not match our wins over the past 20 years.
The real reason Memphis fans don't talk shat about other football programs is you know damn well you can't.
