I would be overjoyed with 3-1 in the span. We cant afford anything else.

15-5 (5-1) in conference isn't bad, but all the CUSA teams we've played are in the bottom 7 of the conference standings. Marshall, up next, is the missing bottom 7 team. We'll see what kind of team we are after USM (2x), Memphis (2x), Tulsa, and @UTEP.

On a positive note, our losses to Miami (16-3), Florida (17-2), and MTU (18-4) don't look so bad now.

I'd rather play and win a season while not being eligible than to be 9-12 and not be eligible through failure.
Also, I wouldn't be so critical of other teams when Marshall has seen the worst home losses in school history, in both football and basketball this season.

I never said Marshall was a powerhouse. I just said that the bad Marshall showed up against us and the good one showed up against Memphis. Based on their previous six games in conference, the good one is due on Saturday. You might still win; just don't expect it to be easy.
