They don't call him 'Underachiever' for nothing. Rimshot

I've seen the commercial several times now. It's great! And so nice to see one for us instead of all those that CMU and Wayne St. put out.

Yeah. And Oakland. Although Oakland seems like an OK place.

They have a Chick-fil-a in their food court! (i know some people don't like their politics but their food is delicious) and I am pretty sure its the only Chick-fil-a in all of Michigan. unfortunately WMU doesn't even really have a food court. Sure there is a Subway and that new greek place in the Bronco Mall but I miss the Taco Bell/Pizza Hut

Relative of mine owned the Little Caesars in the food court along with a dozen other locations. He couldnt afford to stay there because summer traffic was so sparse.

I did get a chance to try the Greek place last weekend. Excellent food, all of their sauces are homemade.

Great commercial, but good marketing involves getting people to see it. Need to run that ad on MTV, ESPN, and VH1. Putting it on Ytube isnt going to generate many views.

Not bad. I'd really highlight the benefits of coming here, though, why WMU is one of the top institutions to go to in all of MI.

Quote:Four Michigan public universities are among the schools numerically ranked in the U.S. News' top tier of public and private institutions that is led by Harvard, Princeton and Yale in the top three slots.

University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
Michigan State University
Michigan Technological University
Western Michigan University

Another three Michigan schools appear in the unranked lower tier of "best national universities." They are Central Michigan, Oakland and Wayne State universities. Several other state schools are on the magazine's various lists of top liberal arts schools and regional top master's-level universities and baccalaureate colleges.

I really like this commercial. I've always been a little embarrassed at our out of date commercials that have been played during our nationally televised games in the past.

Go West.

I like it!

Right, and I think the ad needs to bring some of this stuff up. As some of you have said on this board in the past, we need to sell the actual product.
