17 suites ok but 40 like Toledo seems a bit nuts when we only have 26 families and businesses donating $5k or more to NIU athletics.

Who could really afford $10k+ per season even using it as a deduction?

When the project gets the green light we should be 85-90% sold on all the suites and 75% on the club seats.
