17 suites ok but 40 like Toledo seems a bit nuts when we only have 26 families and businesses donating $5k or more to NIU athletics.

Who could really afford $10k+ per season even using it as a deduction?

It might make sense to have it though, rather than take the chance that we regret later that we had not included it.

It might make sense to have it though, rather than take the chance that we regret later that we had not included it.

Design the thing to be able to be expanded on each side if there is demand.

When the project gets the green light we should be 85-90% sold on all the suites and 75% on the club seats.
