Can you stream AM600 live on the internet to hear the coach's show?

The coach's shows aren't allowed to be streamed because they belong to CBSCS or whoever it is the conference has a media contract with. I don't remember exactly what it says because it's been since early in Football season that I last looked. WREC's streams in the past have been in violation.

No. But you may be able to look up USM's station and listen to them

Does the conference have any control of radio rights? Given there is no national network that is accessible everywhere, I doubt it if makes sense for the conference to control radio rights.

Well it looks like the only schools in CUSA with Learfield are Memphis and Tulsa. And Learfield gives a link to the streaming radio broadcasts and I think the coach's show.

But alas, the link goes to the CBS Sports controlled website.

So maybe CUSA does control online broadcasts.... But that makes absolutely no sense for a non competitive thing like a coach's show.
