Bat Chases Providence player
Watch the video and check out the dance moves he uses to evade the bat that got in to the arena. Several great pics of the mayhem where players are throwing towels at it. Hilarious.

The one where the guy does his Matrix move to get away was killer! Facilities has some work to do today, climbing around looking for a bat isn't fun anywhere, in an arena it must be daunting.

RE: Bat Chases Providence player
There have been instances in tennis competition where a struck ball has hit a bird in flight.

They call that a "birdie", and I think it is like a let, a do over.

Has that ever happened in baseball?

Many people are deathly afraid of bats. Mostly they are harmless.

The response to this with the players running around like little kids throwing towels and stuff is hilarious.
