This might have already been addressed in this forum...but I'm going go ahead and ask as this have been bothering me for a while...Why don't the Memphis Tigers wear the new breathable basketball unis.. that I have seen almost every good team wear this year and some for more than a season...WHY DON'T WE WEAR THEM?

Does anyone else feel the same? Do we know any reasoning why we don't?

Why don't we have our leaping Tiger logo on the pants, instead of that generic M that could be any school in the country starting with M? We have a great, very identifiable logo, and for some reason we don't use it in basketball !! Why ???

Nike has everything to do with it. Not sure why they make use use the generic 'M' for basketball...baseball and football use the leaping tiger/M logo. I really wish we had more unique uniforms with the breathable back graphic like most top teams.

The blue is too damned light. Nowhere near Memphis blue.

I just think every uniform should incorporate both Blue and Gray. The best home jerseys we had were the ones with the gray stripe, we wore these around 2005, I believe.

I agree! Blue and gray on everything and use the real logo.

not if the monitor is properly calibrated. mine is, and GA is right, it's too light.

not if the monitor is properly calibrated. mine is, and GA is right, it's too light.

The dye codes are standard and specific to each material. Since Nike has been doing our unis for years the colors are probably correct. Even though your monitor is calibrated the colors in the actual picture may be incorrect.

Settings such as color, gamma, brightness, and contrast can drastically change the true color and was probably used during editing.

Hmm, players wearing those exact Penny V's today...coincidence?

FWIW, Marshall has the breathable Nike Unis...Marshall!!
