According to the Nashville City Paper, we will be playing at Butler next season . . . just away, not home-and-away. Coach Byrd says it's because of their move to the A-10 and having to play "the likes of Indiana," yada yada yada. I say it's because they're cowards who don't want to face our student section in the Curb.

I imagine Butler will find an opening on their schedule for a cream puff that they could have given up to play us on the road.

I love playing a team like Butler. It is the Gonzagas and Butlers that we are trying to model our program after. It will probably be an early game and we will have a young squad next year with Ian, Kerron, and Trevor gone. Wonder how Windler will fit in next year....

It will probably take Windler a few games to get back in the groove, but I think he'll do well as the season goes on.

Maybe one day Butler will return the favor. I hope so, that would be a great game to promote.

Love the game. Hate the timing. Next year is a rebuilding year and I expect we'll be beaten quite handily. Hope I'm wrong.
