They all seem to want most of their team to bolt for the NBA because they're selfish or can't play or what. Shows how delusional they are. If everyone on that roster came back with a year under their belt, with the talent they have coming in, they'd be very, very good. They just can't see it.

What if the same coach blew one?
Then he better win 30+ the next year.
He did....then took the choo choo train. I pray they land in the NIT this season.
I hope they have no post-season at all. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.

You say that... But winning championships makes you greedy.

It doesn't taking "winning championships". Coming "so close" you can smell it does that too.

Bunch of tough games piled up at the end of the year.
Absolutely.
@ Xavier
@ UCF
@ UTEP
Gotta get 2 out of three there.

RE: RPI
I feel kind of bad about our profile.
We got beat hard by VCU, Minny is good, and we got screwed agains the 'Ville.
We scheduled UTk, Xavier, and Harvard as well and all of those games are worth less now.
And CUSA is a bad conf RPI wise.
We had a much better schedule on paper before the year started.
Even with the depleted BE, it will be a better deal to play there than here. 11-7 in the BE gets you a protected seed. 9-9 can cut down the nets...

I would go as far as 2 winless seasons before my euphoria wore off.
I actually liked winning the NIT championship. I prefered that to what we would have most likely done in the NCAA that season. The NIT Championship is much more memorable than the Sweet 16 or less in the NCAA that season.

Yeah it is really unfortunate how things worked out. The good teams we played, were not just good teams, they were really good teams.
