I have only seen them once and that was the Duke game. They looked unreal that game, back door offense and just outhustling Duke all over. They look a bit like LSU (a lot of size inside). I am not too confident about playing at their place. Their fans are starting to show up en masse in light of their recent success. Looks like Hibbert is going to be a load to deal with 7-2 283 lbs (avgs 12 pts and 6 rebs in 21 minutes) along with 6-9 Brandon Bowman who avgs similar numbers. Looks like they can throw a ton of big bodies at us (wow this is starting to become a familiar theme). They also have some pretty impressive 3 pt %s so I am not sure we can try to pack it in on them and dare them to beat us from 3 pt land. Also looks like a solid mix of seniors and underclassmen. All in all, looking at this match up on paper, I don't feel so good. Of course, if we play like we did vs UofL we can't beat anyone. If we play inspired, especially on the defensive end, we can beat a lot of teams. I think it really all depends on attitude with these kids. If they come out fired up (like Vandy, Rutgers, OU, LSU, the second UD game, Marquette) they will play most any team close. If they come out flat we are in deep doo doo.

PS. Did we have any serious injuries after the game last night? McG looked like he hurt the shoulder again but came back in. Allen looked like he hurt his knee.

Ya, if lose this game, we will not make the NCAA tournament and maybe not the Big East tournament... wow... i might not be able to handle this...
