Granted the girls up there look like horses and the guys look like they eat venison jerky 24/7, but this level of insecurity isn't healthy in a college graduate.
I like having these dopes from EMU here. Sure they're morons, but they add to the conversation and they have the nards to defend their beliefs.
No different over here, I stop by and throw a couple jabs and end up with a negative rating (not that I give a Bronco's arse).
I don't mind your bball takes on our site, and the smack talk is cool in moderation. I'll give you credit, you've been man enough to admit you were miles off on your prediction of a winless season in the MAC for CMU. Now you're saying 3-4 wins, which is also gonna be wrong.
4 of 6 on the road down the stretch and you still have to play Akron, Kent, and UT again. First half of your schedule might give you a sense of false security.
But I'll admit, Keno has got more out of less than Hawk ever could.
Games I expect us to have a reasonable shot at winning:
home/road NIU (they're just plain bad; a sweep is not out of the question)
home/road WMU (hoping for a split, but your bigs will cause us major problems)
road Buffalo (they're below average; that said, it's on the road)
home Miami (two teams with some similarities, we need this one)
home Toledo (another toss-up)
road BSU (not holding my...ahem...horses)
home EMU (played our worst game of the season at the Convo, time for revenge)
I left out at Akron, at Kent, home Ohio. Getting one win in those three games would be a miracle.
So if we go 3-6 in the 9 other games, that puts us at 5 MAC wins. 5-4 in those 9 games, which is certainly feasible, would give us an overall record of 14-15 with 7 MAC wins (didn't count Bracketbuster).
Difference between myself and some of the CMU faithful - I see the impact Randall has and recognize that with him gone next year, the team dynamic completely changes. A bunch of guys will have to grow up in a big hurry, or we'll be taking a step back.
