Has a date been set I missed re: annual gathering in Convo to meet the new football coaches and get packets for next season?

It's an event often associated with a home bball game on a saturday before signing day.

Signing day event is before the MBB game on Feb 6th (Wednesday).
Game tip is 7pm so expect it to start 90-120min before then.


HASF/Season ticket kick off event is before the MBB game on March 2 (SATURDAY!).
Game tip is 7pm so expect it to start a few hours before then.

So, the annual kickoff is much later than prior years, right?

I may need to submit at my PT job a workplace request for day off since my shift on Saturdays usually runs to 5pm.

Yes...most people on here were not happy that the signing day and HASF kickoff was so close to each other. Also this moves the HASF kickoff back to Saturday which was another complaint about last years event which was on a weeknight.

No it has not been officially announced. I just asked because I too have to plan things a month + in advance.

Why doesnt the department seem to get that planning ahead is an action many fans are required to do in order to attend..

I don't know.

My family realistically needs to know this stuff 2 months ahead of time with all the different stuff we plan on the weekend. I don't want to miss this stuff and my kids have fun so I make sure to ask.

The next event should be announced (online) when the last one ends.

Its bad enough that this event is a blurb before a basketball game but they hold it back from being a bigger event than what other MAC schools have in comparison.

These are programs who have higher season ticket bases for a reason...

I read that the HASF kickoff will be on Saturday, March 2nd. It is in conjunction with the final home men's basketball game. That is the day that they distribute season ticket football renewals.I hope that helps you!

I believe it came from HASF. You should e mail the HASF office and verify.
