Any word on that rumor from last week that a member of the BOT resigned last week?

DID ANYONE ATTEND THE TRUSTEE MEETING THIS WEEK?

I hadn't heard that. I know that Schaeffer's term expired and Francis Barrett was apptd the new member. Are you sure that the resignation you heard about wasn't simply the end of Schaeffer's term.

Nah, there was a thread on here last week about somoned who had a family member or something that works at UC that was told someone stepped down. We were suppopsed to know more after the meeting this week.

I was told that the person resigning is Candace Kendall. I believe her resignation is being driven by the fact she is moving out of the country for awhile and nothing to do w/ any sort of protest over leadership or lack of leadership.

Unfortunately, this will give Taft the opportunity to probably name another non-UC grad who cares little about the future of the school (ie. Cox-like)...but simply gave him big $$$ contributions.

Start sending Taft's office well thought out emails and letters explaining what you want out of a BOT appointee now or forever hold your peace, folks.

I too heard that it was Kendle. Too bad it wasn't Cox.

Great. We lose one of the few trustees with strong ties to being a student at UC. Bring in some more Jesuits.

Dr. Kendle received doctorate and bachelor of science degrees in Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati.
