Corvette C7
Know there are a few gearheads on here and just thought I'd see what they thought of the new C7.
I'm not to wild about the tail of the new vette and tail lights but I haven't seen it in person yet.
I know Pratt and Miller had some input on the aero.

Well they said there are only 2 parts that were carried over from the C6 and one of them was a latch.

And that's part of my problem with the new design I think is the Camaro look for the tail lights. Just doesn't have a Corvette look to it.

The rear window reminds me of a Jag.

Must not be the new Vette yet. And they're not even in production yet. I doubt they would be carrying this car on an open trailer already.

First production car was sold to Rick Hendrick for $1.05 mil during a Barret Jackson show this weekend.

So they have a couple special additions so far.

Quote:Production won't begin until mid-year, though a largely hand-built model is reportedly going to be featured during the upcoming Super Bowl –

I love it. Much needed modernization on the design. Still enough retro look to be a vette.

Fantastic.

Mustang needs a major refresh like that now.

The next semi-major redesign of the Mustang should be the 2015 model year. Expect a front end that fits the new Ford template, much like a more aggressive current Fusion look with the antique live axle rear finally being replaced with a modern independent rear suspension.
