I was at an alumni meeting where Dr Ono walked up to a group of three of us and shook hands. I saw him
approaching, and though to myself.."Who's that young guy".
He was very engaging, and related to all in our group. I was very impressed.
He said he had made a personal committment of 10 years to UC. I loved
his energy and intelligence.
Glad others are taking notice.

Ono is the man, it is really that simple.

Looks like the writer is from Cincinnati, went to college elsewhere and came back home went to some UC games.
Probably got a heads up about Santa from friends who go to UC. Unlike a sportswriter who likes to degrade UC.....
