Ha! I saw a guy this morning who exactly fit that image. Pants were almost down to the knees. Can't these morons feel the cold? I guess the "fashion" is more important. Maybe I will enter Huskie Stadium with my pants partly down! Then everyone will get to see (and smell) my Depends!
