Yea dam shame, he's going to be a good one. Let's hope for a speedy recovery.

Hopefully the injury is not severe and he'll be back before the end of the season. We need all hands on deck for scoring at this point.

Lets hope for a fast recovery. This team needs everything it can get at this point in time.

I see absolutely no reason whatsoever for him to come back this season.

Heal up, we will probably keep losing with or with out him.

Absolutely terrible news. Hope that the injury isn't too severe, but knee injuries generally aren't too kind. I hope the he can get back on the court soon enough, he's got a lot of potential and I'd hate for him to miss out on half a season or more when he could be improving and helping the team.

It is the MCL, not the ACL. He should recover no problem. I agree with Razor though, just sit him the rest of the season regardless. While an MCL isn't all that severe, it can nag if you come back too fast.

Ed Miller said he would be out for at least this week and he is waiting on the MRI results. I'm assuming hell only be out for a couple of weeks and that it doesn't sound too severe.

let him stay out as long as he needs. no rush

No need to have a RGIII by bringing him back to soon.

According to the latest ODU game notes, Deion will be out 3-4 weeks due to the knee injury.

How many points and minutes has he been averaging? Anyone know?

I saw on another site he had 30 minutes and 0 points against UVA. eeeeewwwwwww. Hope he heals "better than new".

Like the rest of the team, he is capable of scoring 15 or 0 in a given night. They are all interchangable and have no specific role.

Deion averages 5.4 pts (.420 FG) in 22.4 mins/game, but, as noted, his production was very inconsistent.

Well that's not terrible, isn't he a freshman? If so, that's actually a pretty good average.

would be....if we didnt regularly play and start our freshman so much this year.
