tough early sched for the Canes. @ Florida, TB, then home and home with Buffalo, followed by Boston... all but TB finished with at least 89 points....

Caps have @ TB, Win, Mon, @ NJ, Buf, @ Ott, and @ Tor early. Of the 7 games- only 3 were 89+ points last year(with 2 being Ottawa and Buffalo). Schedule sets up if we get off to a good start to really be sitting well... Of course... a bad start and it'd be hard to come back from.

I was ready, my Hurricanes weren't. 5-1 loss to the Panthers. Cam Ward did not look like his normal self.

I was ready as well and it's good to see the Wild go 2-0
