Here's why we shouldn't be too down following today's loss -

1. We lost to the No. 3 team in the nation in their house. No shame in that

2. We weren't going to the SECCG anyways, so what do we really lose?

3. Georgia Tech is next

4. We got a lesson in humility

5. We still are the best team in the world :D

UGA has nothing to be ashamed of, well they may have been happier if it was closer. But I think this is Auburn's year. At least it is not LSU. Auburn has a very good team, which my dad (a huge UGA fan) has been telling me all year. He kept telling me that the Dawgs were going to lose to Auburn. I guess he is some kind of football guru now. But anyway, you guys have Tech next? That sucks, because we still have UVA then UGA. No off week for Tech + between the hedges + Pollack & Greene's last home game more than likely ='s pummeling. I just hope it is close and a good game. Plus Chan Gailey has a bad history against UGA. Oh and please knock some sense into Reggie Ball when you guys hit him this year.

That was a good post, metro. I'm glad to see that you can put your Georgia Tech biases aside and actually discuss UGA football. I agree with everything you said.

We'll be glad too. In exchange, you can go easy on our Bball team. 03-wink
