Grow some thicker skin. You express an opinion, someone expresses their opinion (albeit in a smart-ass way) and you want to make this sort of post. You're not going to like it around here...

Interesting thought. So maybe everyone here should do the same instead of demanding people get banned because of a difference in opinion, agree?

Because Rainman said he had a poor release and would never be successful at Memphis with that form.. He knows because he has an uncle that coaches church league and he told him this.

A jump shot is much more valuable than a set shot. You don't have to be a coach or NBA All-Star to know that.

Yes, but you can have both. Use the set shot when you have time and space. Use the jumper when you have to elevate over someone. He is using the jumper even on wide open shots and when he shoots it, he is jumping forward, toward the basket.

Ah, the mt.org cliche comment about pro careers.

This is why they pay people to be scouts and you pay to watch the game.

Posts like this are dumb. Just cause folks aren't paid to be scouts doesn't mean they can't evaluate talent. I'm not trying to say anything about CC and evaluating him for example but I am just meaning in general.

Larry Finch did the same thing.. he had a pretty decent stroke.

I agree, but my post was directed at the sweeping statement that SF made. When you make a broad statement like that without providing any insight into your thought process, it's useless and comes across as ignorant.

Yes, he did! CC's forward drift just seems more pronounced and he seems to shoot it a little flat and hits the back of the rim a lot. It just doesn't look high and soft. IDK, his set shot was $$$ from distance.

I think Shaq has potential to get drafted eventually. Adonis still has the potential but he has to get back to form. I think DJ could make a roster as well....not sure about being drafted though, but maybe. Outside of that??? I was high on the CC breakout year but he just isn't in it for some reason. Not mentally fighting through.
