Act like you've been there before, guys. You're better than that.

What smugness? We won, we kept our home-court winning streak alive, and we kept our "Def. Point Per game" under 70 again...

There's no smugness around here....

So far, it's been 683 days since USM has lost a game at the YURT!! (does anyone remember when that E*** floozy made fun of the Yurt? I'm trying to figure out if it happened before or after our last loss at home.)

USM should win comfortably, I'll say 79-64.

really? I am hoping you are right and believe we will win, but Houston has won 12 games so they must be pretty good.

Check our SOS, it is literally the worst in the country.

We're decent, but really young and about as untested as it comes. Danuel House (our 5-star true freshman) will be worth taking note of. He put up 28 points on Wednesday against SMU, and it will be interesting to see if he can follow up with a similar performance today. We'll need it.

Boardingham is starting to turn into a monster....Craig Davis Brooks....perfect....Mills and Watson....perfect support....and 3 more that can do it from the bench....Tyndall is light years ahead of LE...and I liked LE...today's game with the exception of getting sloppy when up by 25 was the only flaw.....one of the best top to bottom games at the Yurt I have ever seen from a Southern Miss BB squad...even the refs got taken out of that performance...ball movement was amazing...this could be an outhouse to the penthouse transition from FB to BB...today was fun!

My comment was not about the be or uh, per se. It was a complain that on the field/court performance is unimportant in today's college sports.

I'll just say, DEFENSE. It doesn't matter if it's AZ or UH. Defense. It will keep us in every game this year.

I'll tell something that really astonishes me about this team compared to all our others in the the past (at least since I've been a fan in the in the mid-90s). Every player, and we use our bunch a whole lot more than nearly any time in the country, can flat handle the ball. Big/small, starter/bencher, doesn't matter. Each player is very confidence and comfortable with the ball in their hands.
